Exhibit Floor Rental Information

The Nashville Municipal Auditorium easily accommodates all types of trade shows, meetings and sales on the EXHIBITION FLOOR. The 63,000 square foot exhibition floor has an 11-1/2 foot ceiling and an unlimited floor load. Exhibit space is serviced by 110 and 220 volt current. The exhibition floor can comfortably hold 170 10’ x 10’ exhibit booths. Dining capacity for the exhibit hall is 3,000 with people seated banquet style.

Schedule of Rental Charges

EXHIBIT FLOOR: 2007 Rate - $2,750 per day/performance or 12-1/2% of the gross box office receipts, whichever is greater.

MOVE-IN/OUT: 50% of the base rental per day.
LABOR CHARGE: $20 per hour, per man.
STAGE RENTAL: 50 cents per square foot.
CURTAIN RENTAL: $1,500 per event plus labor for set-up.
CURTAIN TRUSS: $250 per section plus labor for set-up (if not renting curtain).
CLEAN-UP CHARGE: $500 per day for the exhibit hall only.
POWER CHARGE: $200 for the 400 amp service, $300 for the 600 amp service, $100 for ea. 200 amp service.
SPOTLIGHT RENTAL: $100 per spotlight, per performance.
HOUSE SOUND: $500 per day/performance to use the house sound system.
BEAM CLAMPS: $10 per beam clamp, per performance.
CATERING CHARGE: $1.00 per plate or a minimum of $250, whichever is greater.
TRACK LIGHTS: $7 per light for the use of facility-owned track lights.
FORKLIFT RENTAL: $300 per day (plus labor for operator).
CHAIR RENTAL: $1.00 per chair, per event for facility-owned chairs.
TABLE RENTAL: $5 per table, per event for facility-owned tables.
LECTERN: $100 per event.
PIPE AND DRAPE: $1 per running foot.
BARRIERS: $25 per section for heavy duty barriers; $15 per section for bicycle rack barricades.
REMOVAL OF SEATING SECTIONS K, L, M, AND N: $750 per section.
INSTALLATION OF SECTIONS P, R, S, AND T: $200 per section.
ICE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT: $4,500.
NOVELTIES: Lessee will pay Lessor 25% commission of the gross sales on programs, books, pictures, tee shirts, etc. Leesee will arrance and pay for the services of the novelty sales staff.
PHOTO COPIES: 25 cents per page.
KEY DEPOSIT: $5 per key.
PARKING METERS: $10.00 per meter, per day.
MEETING ROOMS: $100 per meeting room, per day.
INSURANCE: Leesee must furnish liability insurance with a limit of not less than one million dollars. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee must be listed on the certificate as an additional insured. Coverage must include in, show, and out days.
HOUSE STAFF: Leesee pays for the services of the contract house staff, including ushers, ticket takers, security, police, first aid attendants, and fire marshall.
STAGEHANDS: Lessee pays for the services of stagehands, spotlight operators, riggers, etc. We are an open house. Contact us for a list of service providers.
TAXES: Leesee must pay all taxes in effect during the term of the lease:

state amusement tax (9.25%)
sales tax (9.25%)
local business tax (1/4 of 1%)
FICA tax on labor.

TICKET SALES: Lessee must use the house contract with Ticketmaster.
